Leaving chess.com until they fix zen mode

This is ridiculous and I've been dealing with (and paying for) this for far too long.
It was bad enough when they removed the focus mode button when you weren't fullscreen, now even the "Z" key won't bring it up anymore.
If this is not resolved by tomorrow Im leaving this site; It's preposterous to ask payments when even the most basic features that were free are leaving the site for no apparent reason (features every single chess site is able to provide at all, free or not)
And this is not even addressing the immense cheater problem AND the massive amount of bugs constantly present due to incompetent IT hires.
This site should be free. Or at least it should be worth it's asking price.
As of now it is neither of those.

EDIT: They fixed it somehow. Its not relevant anymore.

And if the reason that zen mode isn't either present or it's key not working due to another bug, that alone is a reason for me to at least cancel the membership until I see proper work being put into this site (at the very least, if I don't move sites altogether because of how much time this whole ordeal made me lose for no good reason)..

Just made an email to chess.com support including this post

Man, It actually hurts to see you reply to this given who you are. 
Fine , Ill stay, but the platform needs a reform and that's an understatement imo.
the F key doesn't do anything however.

On chrome you can fullscreen but you kinda have to go out of the way. Just click the three dots in the top right, go down to where it says "zoom" and on the right of that the is a little box, click on it and you'll be in fullscreen.
