I have contacted "Help and Support" about this subject early last year and the length of the intermediate has not changed and I am still dsylexic. I tried one of the opening lesson of which I advanced approxamatly 6 minutes into the lesson and was over welmed. I have set myself a goal of reaching a rating of 1000, this my or not happen because I tend to miss the obvious being dsylexic.
I hope you can help me with some shorter lessons or a different method. in the mean time I am trying Chessable free lesson. I will not be joining them as a paying client till I am certin there system works. as attention span is a problem.
