Greetings. In my experience, there are two ways to do Lessons in the app, so this may be the source of your issues. The first way is to click on the lesson on the app's home screen, pictured here:
There is no lesson option here--you do the one provided. However, you can also go into the menu and select Lessons:
From here you you may select any lesson in the database. Hope this helps.
