The computer sometimes moves once you have touched a piece whether you have moved or not. It doesn't happen often, but if you lift a piece with the mouse, make sure you complete the move. If you drop it back on the same square the computer may move despite the fact that the position hasn't changed.
It's hard enough to beat the little chess guy without it sneaking extra moves!
