Live Chess Board is Gray

I try to get onto Live Chess and it comes up with a gray blank board and blank lists under two "Challenges" tabs.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Which browser and version are you using and what type of internet connection do you have ? (adsl, wifi, aircard ?? )
