Live Chess Bug: Server moved my Queen where it could be taken!

Sure! Good excuse!
Ahem, I have video proof the server stole my Queen! Re-read what I explained.
If this is true (I have no reason to believe it isn't; I doubt that's you'd make such a blunder even while under pressure), this sounds like a serious bug. Have you submitted a ticket? There's no guarantee this will be read by the staff.
I look forward to seeing the video...

There is one other, though highly unlikely, possibility. But I shall wait until I see the video, which unfortunatley won't be tonight .

Are you sure it can't have been an accidental pre-move?
No it isn't an accidental premove:

Maybe chess.com should add an optional "Submit Move" button like the online games to use it in the slow live chess games.
This has already added in the chess.com Android App when playing live games.
Queen stealing is a very serious matter.
Federal I shouldn't wonder.
Hope you get redress, aww-rats.

Yeah, that's quite odd. Not sure what to make of it. I watched the video at the times given (close enough but not exact) and your story checks. Is it possible that one game's move overwrote into another game on accident?
Hi, I'm the person who Aww-Rats was playing against in this simul. I'd like to clarify a few things:
Here is the link to the game, which proves that I was his opponent: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=800195571
The flak Aww-Rats is getting for this occurrence, most of it lighthearted, is disappointing to see. It is a privilege to get to play against a master in a slow game simul, whereas most would charge for such a service. It is something chess.com members should not take for granted.
The move itself was totally absurd. 26. Qc4?? blunders the queen to THREE different captures (bishop, pawn, and rook). I tried contacting Aww Rats via the chat to see if he wanted to make a different move. I waited for around 5-6 minutes for a response, received none, and then took the queen. I also considered playing 26. Rd8, forcing the queen to retreat back to c2. But in the end due to the ticking minutes on my clock and the lingering inclarity regarding the move, I had to make a decision and stand by the one I made.
The fact that there was some technical glitch clarifies why I didn't receive a response from Aww-Rats. He was playing other games at the same time. The glitch move might not have registered on his screen that normally turns yellow indicating that a move has been made in a game of live chess when playing more than one at a time. I will also be interested in the video's take on this, more out of curiosity than skepticism or cynicism.
In short, I don't see why Aww-Rats would have lied about not having made the move. If he had made it of his own volition, he would probably have resigned after 26... bxc4.
Since I really gain nothing in terms of a learning or competitive experience from winning via an absurd technical glitch, I accepted Aww-Rats' draw offer.
I Hope this clarifies how things proceeded for all who were interested.

honour on the board was found even in the midst of calamity take that and its a fair price for a queen

Thanks willysweetkane....For the people who wre joking around, would you feel the same way if you were playing a game in Live Chess and suddenly the server moved your piece and made you lose your Queen? As proven, and confirmed, this is a legitmate bug. If Chess.com fixes it, your pieces will be safe, thanks to me. Now be grateful and don't act childish in other topics, thanks.
Ok, so I'm giving a simul in Live chess, and have video proof which will be uploaded later today, it's a 3 hour video....
In this game http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=800195571 the last postion I had was after my 25th move, Qxc2. The board never popped up where he played 25...Rc8, My next move is given as 26. Qc4 which hangs my Queen! So, I next saw the board after his 26th move. Again, my video proves this. I didn't even have a chance to make a mouse slip here. My oponent kindly gave me a draw here and we'll play again another time.
More on this later. I can upload an edited portion of the video or just look at the whole thing when I add it to my blog, it happens about 80 minutes in. anyone else ever have this happen?
