loss for no reason

Chess.com didn't show me the game I was supposed to play and the other member won because I ran out of time. It didn't make sense to me because I didn't resign the game or lose time. I didn't even see the game. I do have Java on my computer. It would be great if someone could explain to me why this happened.

im sorry. i got confused with the time with another member's game aganst me but every thing else was true

so any solotions?

2. The game was then accepted and timed-out.

You don't appear to have lost any rating points, so why all this fuss?
