Lost ELO because of server crash on Chess dot Com

Today I was in a totally winning position and the servers went down. Not only did this result in me not getting the elo for winning that game, instead I lost on time. I would appreciate getting my elo points back, especially since I'm trying to seriously go up in rating right now.

Hmm. I haven't seen anyone else posting about a server crash today.

More likely is that you just lost your connection.

You just joined so your rating is still adjusting rapidly. That will diminish as your rating gets into its proper range.

It happens.

I was playing a rapid 10-minute game today and the servers went down and I lost. Is there any way of getting my Elo back or not?

On a widespread issue like that the site normally issues automated refunds. If you don't see that in a couple of days you can contact Support using the option in the menu

I looked into contacting Chess.com through email but then the only email address I could find was no longer in use. Do you know any other way besides that?
