This things is still happening I was paired way below my rating and I played one game and won and when paired again I abort the game which cost me points and happen 3rd time paired with the same user and lost points without making a single move.

Yes! You can't use abort as a pairing tool. It is only supposed to be used rarely. If you use it more than a couple of times in a short period , it changes to an auto resign.
You may get a ratings mismatch if you choose an unpopular time control. If there aren't enough players to find one in the ratings bracket you set up, it will eventually default to the first person who comes along.
It looks like you had trouble playing one minute bullet from 3-5 pm EST on February 1st. That seems like a popular time control and a normally busy time.
