Match just stops

when im playing against a bot, sometimes i go back in some moves to see what happened, and then the bot doesnt play, i reload the page and it doesnt play, i need to start another match

(sorry for bad english, im brazilian)

Using apple phone had lots of games past few weeks but sudden it won’t let me make a move as though the game has just stopped or frozen and I also tried at home on Wi-Fi and it made no difference and I also logged in on the website and still I cannot continue my game . Any ideas ?
