I have 0 games where it's my turn. I've had the same issue yall were having where it wouldn't let me play daily. But today it stopped letting me play live games. I can't even play blitz

It looks like you have played a bunch of games today.
It was a temporary glitch. It was weird. I closed the app and it worked. But I can't play daily with a random person. I have to challenge someone specifically. It's been that way for awhile. I guess I have too many open matches. But I've never lost a daily game on time. So it shouldn't matter

If you have too many unaccepted Daily challenges, you won't be able to create more and if you have to move in 10 or more games, you can't create a seek.
Well, daily games "max seeks exceeded" kicked in my account twice lately. I don't see the reason - I had more games earlier and I was able to create new games. Now I have a lot less games and "max seeks exceeded" displays. It disappeared yestrday, yoday it came back. It comes and goes, like a rainy day
I believe that message is when you have too many seeks that haven't been accepted and may be impacted by having too many games where you are on the move.
