The best thing you can do is to change your attitude towards people like that
There are also block and report options
And you can disable the game chat...

Anybody calling you "ugly" isn't brave enough to post their faces on here like you have. (And lucky be our eyes that they don't). Clearly they are insecure, so don't take anything from them. And if it means anything to you, I think you're not a bad looking guy.
Troll comments suck, either learn to ignore them or just disable chat like others have mentioned.
my game tend to freeze while in a 10 min game, costing me valuable time and eventually several games. when it freezes the game time is still a result my time always run out prematurity. I know its the site because all other games never freezes. and its definitely not my computer.
Always know that the person calling someone ugly never looks in the mirror truthfully if they did then they would not call people ugly.
