Membership issue

Hi, 

I purchase the Platinum membership last month on iOS, but it's gone after I reinstalled the app. I had to reinstall because I was not able to load the app. 

Even after logging with my Apple ID, I can't find my membership. 

Please let me know how I can reinstate my membership.
