I bought a plat membership for a full year with crypto and it's been a few days since my purchase now. I reached out to support twice and both times I never got more than an automated response. How long does it usually take for a membership to be applied?

Support has been getting a lot of tickets so it can take time to get a response. Crypto payments also take some manual steps to be completed.

Give them at least a few more days to get to your ticket.
