I didn't set my membership for Auto Renew, but I just saw it is set on it. I didn't want it to renew!

Hello Conflagration_Planet. I understand that you did not want the auto-renewal of your premium membership on Chess.com. I have now refunded this most recent auto-renewal charge to your account and I have immediately returned your Chess.com account back to a basic membership as you have requested for.
