Resolved: Message

For some reason it's shows I have a new message when I don't.Does anybody know what's wrong?

Not sure, i get that too, just hit ignore.

I did but there is still that little icon on the top right hand side next to your user-name

some times its because some body on your freinds list posts a new Topic..

I get it when I have a lot of messages stored in my archive. Sometimes it will say 3 or 4 new messages. If I delete all the messages in my archive it goes back to 0.

I deleted all of my messages and it still says '1 new message'.

well what about if you want to look back and get info.. off your messages..?

When I go to my inbox there are no messages but there is still the message icon next to my user name.

Go to your online chess and see if you might have an outstanding, freind request, game challange, ETC...Group invite?

also,,maybee it is your email messages..

I don't have any pending friend requests,group invites etc.

I did have 2 emails but it didn't help checking them.

Do you think I should contact support or wait a bit longer to see if anyone else has suggestions?

If you are refering to the "pawn with a hand on it" next to your user name ,this just indicates it is your move in some of your games.
