I hid select all and I hid. Delete and it says 4 messages deleted but then there still there

why is it everytime i move my pieces it went back that cause me for you to abort the game

Once Version 3 of chess.com is out in August-ish, you can delete your messages. Until then, you have to deal with not being able to delete your messages.

That's a long time not to delete. Why not fix it for now? I'm no computer guy, just asking.
I know, plus u only keep them for three weeks, so...
This is now the 5th thread on this issue.
Same. Just found out myself that they are not being deleted.

I have yet to see someone 'in the know' say anything like this.
In fact, they posted yesterday it was something in preperation for V3 and would be fixed shortly.

Staff here has said in other posts that they've taken this ability away for a short time as a necessary step to bring in the next version of the site.

I’m very sorry about this. This is a known issue that we are working on. Currently the messaging system needed to be updated for the upcoming release of version 3 of Chess.com. Soon the messages will auto delete, but for now, unfortunately we cannot delete them.
I appreciate your patience and understanding while we try to make Chess.com better!

Well... I keep trying to delete my messages, but they won't go! I have tried like 5 times, and it doesn't go. PLEASE POST IF U R CURENTLY HAVING THIS PROBLEM TOO.
