Mobile App resigned my game - Chess Forums

I opened one of my games in chess.com mobile app, just to look how it all looks on mobile, but was shocked - when after presing "Menu", the phone asked me "Do you want resign?" and when i clicked "Cancel", it resigned it!

Anyway - I noticed that "Menu" does not work correctly everywhere. For example, in game list, I clicked "Menu", but it opened selected game.

I have Samsung E200 mobile phone.

anyone else accidentally resigned a game by "cancel"?

I looked at the Samsung E200 specs and all keys and buttons have standard values. However it seems you get in trouble because the mobile app registers a different key press than you thought - both this and an earlier topic with login issues.

Just to be 100% sure - when you press login you press the upper leftmost key/button on your mobile?

I opened the app on my samsung galaxy, and one of my games had been resigned. I was waiting for my opponent to move and I clearly had the advantage after 50 moves. Is there any way to have it reversed so it can be finished?

I think that happened to me, except two of my games were resigned. I have the samsung moment. I have been using my samsung moment for a while to make moves. However the screen does ask me to resign sometimes and I push cancel. However it resigned two of my games. I am not sure tho. I would like to talk to an administrator.
