Hey, I play mobile chess really often and it's a great service, what's the problem?, you can't connect?

I cant connect !!!!!!!!!
I have a blackberry 9700 bold and have downloaded the chess apps, i sign in but it does not log in !!!!!!!!! just says CONNECTING and then nothing.
I cant even log on to the site on my mobile but have no problems logging on to the computer.........
What do i need to do, please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why I can access my chess game via mobile ,fews times it was ok ,now I am thinking to upgrade to gold member to make more moves via mobile.Please help!
