mobile server issues

It seems no matter when I play the 1st game always has severe lag, mostly in bullet arenas. I get in play the 1st move and then disconnect and lose by abandonment. If "my connection" is so bad why am I even allowed to play move 1?

You using the app itself and not a mobile browser to play?

If your device has both cellular data and Wi-Fi can you disable one and see if you have the same problem?

Bullet lag is atrocious. Just lost a game with 0.2 seconds left even though my next premove was checkmate. And for the third time my scree says checkmate when it’s my move and then after the fact changes to a loss because of time. Fix the problem please.

It's not possible to solve all lag.
