Money was deducted from the account, and I did not get the yearly subscription from iTune /app store

not get the yearly subscription from iTune /app store. Is there a way I can get the subscription reactivated since money has been deducted from my account already.

The Apple store attaches the memberships to the associated email address, so if that is different than your chess.com associated one, that's likely the problem.

You should use the option in the Help menu to contact support about.

Can you share more about how I can get to the help section to get the access of full year membership on this account?

There should be a Help option in the app or on the website in the main menu near the bottom
