My 20 seconds sound alert is gone!!

Hi guys, a couple days or couple weeks ago, i realized that my 20 seconds sound alert is gone. I lost a bunch of games due to timeouts when I would realize I have 5 seconds left to my timer. All other sounds seem to work. I explored pretty much every setting and Im dead lost. Anybody knows how to fix this? Thanks a bunch!!
