My account got hacked

Hello, 
I am writting from the account of my brother. Today i couldn't log in my account. So i checked from my brother's account. I found out that my username and my email has been changed. Its devastating because chess is my biggest hobby. I am a platin member. 

Here all the information i got. 
My orginal username: burhan_aga
My orginal email: bu********@*****il.de (i dont want to tell my email public)
Account created at 13.05.2020 
Last platin membership payment 29.11.2023 (i can show screenshoot from my payment)

He changed the username to xiaolingshu. 

I really hope you can give me my account back. 

You can text me from my Orginal email or per private massage from this acc.

Hallo,

Ich habe schon über denn support versucht aber da steht mehrere tage bis mir ein Agent antwortet. ich weiß nicht was der Hacker mit dem Account vor hat, und habe sorge das er bis dahin vielleicht denn Account sperren lassen könnte.

Hoffentlich bekommst du dein Konto zurück ( übrigens, wenn das scheiße ist, weil ich aus Amerika komme und einen Übersetzer benutzt habe)

The other account has been reset and you should have a password reset email on the original email address.

When you reset, please be sure to use a unique password that you haven't used anywhere else.

Thanks for the fast help. But i did not get any mail on the original mail. I also tried to get a password reset by clicking on "password forgotten". Somehow he accepts the email but don't send anything to my email.

Did you check your junk/spam folders?
