my account was closed but I can't appeal it

I had an account which I would play on every so often and I think it got closed because every so often I would have a bad day and play horribly like a 600 rated (mostly because people were distracting me) and then another day I would have a good day and play like a 1700 rated. my account was 1100 elo. My account is closed but I don't have access to the email linked to the account so I can't get to the email sent to me. is there any way I could appeal the account without having the email account linked to the chess.com account. I know my username and password.

Contact Support directly using the option in the menu

whenever I click the link it gives me all it says is to check your email but I don't have access to the email account linked to my chess.com account

the support option tells me to put in the email linked to the account but I don't have the email linked with the account.

Explain your situation fully and if the tool doesn't offer to transfer to staff try something like contact am agent
