I bought the diamond package and yesterday my account was deleted and when I tried to restore it said “your account don’t have password so log in via Facebook”
I did it, and it deleted my account with all my stats and achievements and also I don’t have the diamond membership anymore (although in the AppStore is showing I still got it)
What should I do ?
Write an email to support@chess.com. Explain the situation.
Include your previous user name and a copy of your credit card bill showing that you paid.
