Chess.com is not letting me even make a thread. They need to fix their crap. I am trying to play a game and it says I have to wait 30 minutes. Screw that. I'll just make a new account. Get your stuff sorted. Don't expect premium membership if you aren't going to provide decent service.
Since there was this strange kind of situation (bug?) where it was 30/50 players in a division for everyone and nothing happened, the division seems to have been reset completely. I had about 400 division points which would've been more than enough to rank up.
What happened here?
Those divisions were bugged and had stopped providing trophies to anyone in the stuck divisions. The fix implemented was to remove members from the stuck divisions and place them in new working ones
