Resolved: My email forwarding is not working

I haven't been receiving emails forwarded from my chess.com email account to my personal mailbox for quite some time now. Can you look into it?

Is your external email attached to imap or pop3 ?

(are you opening mail on a mac or windows machine)

Have any of your settings changed?  Have you changed passwords recently?

Are you seeing any errors your end when trying to download @chess.com emails to your external client?

In my chess.com email, I just have the option of forwarding every email sent there to my personal email address. That alone used to work, but now it doesn't anymore for some reason.

You didn't have any emails.

I've sent you one now to your @chess.com email address. Can you let me know if its forwarded to your external email address please

I didn't have any mails because I had just checked my mailbox.

I did receive the email to both my chess.com mailbox and my personal one now. Thanks.
