Isn't this help & support? Did I miss something?
Staff generally monitor this and if you have a support issue requiring staff intervention, you would need to use the Support option in the menu.
That said, it can take up to 15 days for point refunds. There are also instances where no refund would be given (game was too far back, member closed for games in a different rating pools, closed for sandbagging and not engine use).
