My puzzles does not score anymore

My last two solved puzzles have not scored. After solving the puzzly it states that I had gained +5 points but that is not saved. Also how many puzzles correctly solved is not updated they remain on five should be 7 or 8.

I'm not seeing any issues. How are you doing the puzzles?

I have the same problem with the puzzles. I've solved some puzzles lately, but didn't get any points for it. The puzzles are also not in my list. I did get points deducted for the puzzles that I didn't solve correctly. That is not correct. This way my rating can only go down no matter how many puzzles I solve well. Has this issue been reported more? Very frustrating, I worked hard to get above 3000 rating and now my rating's going down...

I do them in the only way possible as far as I understand. On the main screen I click on solve puzzle and a puzzle is displayed. Then I make the moves until I am told it is correct (was the case the in at least the two latest cases)

I have also made a report of bug some days agoo but never received any response to that so I made a post here about it

I did a bunch of puzzles before posting my earlier reply and my rating was going up and down after each puzzle.

It's hard to say, I don't see any rated puzzles done on your account since the 18th.  

 

You might try doing a new puzzle af and see. If it's still not working, open a ticket with support.

I have exactly the same issue. And I also don't see any rated puzzles I've done on my list. They just seem to disappear. However: I did solve these puzzles. On the website on my laptop, the same way I have solved puzzles for about the last 5 years...

This is clearly a bug and needs to be fixed.

I see that too and this only means that latest solved puzzles is not saved at all.

I have issued a ticket about this

I have had the same problem. Solved the puzzle. Page says correct + 5 points yet no points added to puzzle rating (very frustrating).

I have the exact same problem. I had two correct puzzles today and they are not registering. This problem has been ongoing for a week now. The weird thing is puzzles is working perfectly for all my friends. I hope they fix it.

If your puzzles is not registering when you get it correct stop trying them because they are only registering when you get the puzzle wrong. I just got a 13 point lesson. Lol

I don't know for sure but I assume it's because of server issues and data storage, maybe connection issues? If rating is a concern then its a better option to wait out until chess.com have their upgrades in place. You could totally consider it a blessing too though, you can 100% smurf your way back again when it's all fixed up 😊 not sure if submitting a bug report or support ticket is worth it right now because they're more than likely aware of all these issues and will have a huge back log of both anyways. The growth of chess.com is a hugely brilliant thing!

I was solving puzzles *on video* and didn't get points for one of them. So it's a real issue. I can't help but think it's related to the rest of the site continually crashing.
