hello,

 

i just won my game against a rated player and so won 12 points but my rating actually went down. I think this has happened before but cant be sure. Why is this ?

you used two different time controls. one rating is standard, the other is blitz.

You've been playing 15|0 games and 10|0 games

10|0 is blitz and 15|0 is standard. If you look at the link below, it shows your games history and ratings where you'll see you have three different ratings for different times on games.
