my tournament started too soon, HELP

Hello.

I created a tournament, supposed to start on 24 April.

It has started today ... when 6 players have register. I did nothing. The date was set to 24 April !

Why ?

How to cancel the tournament ?

It's a big problem for us, we want to cancel it because we were waiting for other players to join.

Please help

Starting date is not a real tournament setting. If you want to control the start, uncheck "AUTO-START tournament when registration is full.".

I can suggest all players resign games where they are White. Ratings should hopefully not be impacted too much.

i dont think is a big deal, mistakes do happen, i suggest you let the tournament run as it is and if you know the proper parameters for a proper one you can make one more. Noone will mind from us playing 5-10 games extra, is not the end of the world. By resigning many games will end up in losing a lot of rating which is very hard to get...took me about a month of play to get 100 points...i feel is a pity to give it away without playing...
