Mysterious Connection issue

When playing on chesskid.com fast server tournaments my connection will be really poor refreshing the page literally every time its my move which waste time on the clock. This has happened while be connected to 3 different wifi connections and I dont have this issue on any other website and in fact not even chesskid until I play in a fast tournament!! this issue has become overbearing now since it cost me a game and also was the sole reason I had to accept a draw in another game.

jk have you got rid of the cookies your comp will pick up as you surf the net ? its worth doing as its one less thing to slow down your comps performance ,

I do think that clearing your cache is the first place to start.

its gotten way worse. now ill disconnect with no sign whatsoever with the same screen ive been looking at still in front just to reload and find out my game was forfeited when I didnt even know it started. my wifi is fine and again its only with chesskid

not only that been when trying to go on chesskid from my phone it will sometimes load a error screen as if my wifi is out but again thats only with the chesskid website. its beyond frustrating to lose a tournament i was top seed in without playing one move because of this problem

Is there a way of transferring my paid membership to another account if I simply create a new one ?(account) if not ill just stop playing on the site. Its to unfair to have several losses on my record due to a bug on the site itself (ill play at my local library if I do still play on my new account)
