National Master Title

Hello there,

Around a week ago, I applied on chess.com to verify my National Master title. I have received a response from the Titled Support Team asking for more information and have responded to that email. However, I haven't received any response yet. Therefore, I am wondering if there is any other way that I could follow up with them other than email as I am really looking forward to a lifelong diamond membership. 

Did they send any additional emails that you haven't replied to?

No they haven't

When was the last email they sent?

Around 2-3 days ago

It took about a week for chess.com to process my request for them to recognize my National Master title.

It has already been a week though

You should have a more recent reply/request. Check your spam folders.
