Need Help with creation of Daily Tournaments

I tried to contact support on this thru the chat, but the chat bot couldn't really understand the problem.

I set up a tourney for 4 players rated 1500 or better, set up to join once 4 players have registered. The chess.com page for my tourney shows inconsistent data regarding the number of players registered. Specifically, it shows that 4 of 4 players have registered; but in the list of players, lists only 3 players. The tourney will not start because there are only 3 players, but system will not let anyone else join.

When this happened the first time, I thought it was a one off thing and manually started the tourney with 3 players.

I set up another tourney for 4 players rated 1500 or better, and it happened again. However, I have set up ~10 tourneys for 4 players rated 1499 or lower, and have had no issues.
