In the past if somebody was found cheating" fair play policy" in a tournament you would zero out there score and reset it to zero. but now you're not doing that and it's extremely not fair. so if somebody plays and loses to them they get zero out of two points (0-2) but another player plays super slow and they get account closed for cheating then the other player gets two wins because the cheater "loses on time" and they get two points (2-0) .... so how is that fair to both players ? If this is a new policy I would like somebody from chess.com to explain how this is a move in the right direction !
