No answer from support

Five days and five seperate attempts to contact support with no answer.
I am trying to reopen an account I closed myself. I no longer have access to the old email associated with the account and I am not sure of the password.
I have gone through the loop with the automated help repeatedly over five days with the same response that I will be contacted in one to three days.
Please help.
