Both gives the same result! Tried computer first.

App updates won't impact the website, unless you actually did a review. That's all tracked on the backend.

Worked for me today, with the same game.
But I am 100% sure I had not used a review yesterday so that was strange.
gold membership doesn't effect reviewing
