"No games in progress" shows in everyones profile

Noticed this today site wide. When you click on the games tab on someones profile, it shows as "No games in progress" and you can't see their history etc; I assume other people have this issue too?

I just did that now. Can I ask if anyone else has this issue? 

I have the same issue and was just going to ask the same. It has been here a few days now, apparently there has been some kind of update at chess.com recently because now starting a new game always causes that terrible sound be played. Maybe that update disabled seeing other players' games, too?

i am seeing a number of people complaining about this... probably means staff have fixed something else...

Same in here. Since last night (12/12/2017), when you open a player's profile and to go games, the games are not shown neither available for downloading.
