While playing live chess, it always says submited no matter whose move it is. Why?

where is this? what are you looking for? there is no SUBMIT button for live chess if that is what you are looking for...

No matter whose move it is,it always says submitted at the bottom. I can't chat or analyze or do anything else! Why.
