No pieces on the board.

It was my turn to play in one of my games so i clicked on the game, which opened but there is no pieces on the board. I tryed to refresh the page, sign out, change the pieces...

Nothing helped. Help needed.

try clearing your entire browser cache. do you know how to do that? try hitting "control+R" on the page with the board.

Same problem here, no pieces on any board, clearing the cache doesn't help either...

can you see avatars of other users in forums and on other pages fine?

this happened to me, and was assisted by the chess.com staff.

if u use mozilla firefox then u should click on tools and then click on Clear Private Data. it worked for me.

I'm having the same problem.  Avatars are fine, but there are no pieces on the board.  I'm using the latest version of Firefox.  Tried reloading, and clearing cache, but still no dice.

Same here. Cleared history, cache, reloaded. Nothing happened. Looks like rockviper is right:)

If you use firefox and Noscript the issue is that the pieces are loaded under the heading "chesscomfiles.com".

Allowing that will reload the page with pieces intact.

yes - we just moved our content to "chesscomfiles.com" to make the site faster. please add that domain to your approved domain list :)

It seems to have worked, the past week or so it's been a bit slow but now I get some pages loading as fast as the refresh rate on my monitor can handle.
