I hope some one is working to fix it. No sense in being a premium member if I can't use premium features. Erik and his staff do a great job other wise. Didn't know this had been an ongoing subject. where can I read the posts about it?

I turned up site volume and my speaker volume but could barely hear it. anyone else have this problem.
