Your timeout ratio is shown to be 22%. Go to your "Online Chess" page scroll down to the lower right. That means in the last 90 days you have lost every 5th game by timing out. As this impacts tournaments in a negative way many organizer set a timeout limit. If you want to take part in future tournaments then either play your games until the end or resign them.
