I've never heard back on 2 of my closed accounts, never cheated or said anything wrong in the chat. I'm guessing it's mostly automated bans so it's a waste of time unless you're a titled player.

Hi, my brother tried to log in on chess.com with his account he created linked to gmail but there says it has been closed and he should click a link so they will send him an email to do some steps and get his account back but he's not receiving any email. We tried a lot of times but it was the same. What else can we do?
