Hi Team

I decided to cancel my diamond membership and  claim the 30 day money back guarantee, so I contacted with the support team of chess.com

On June 30th, I received and email informing me that I would receive the refund within 5-7 days, but I have not received it yet. I texted them again, but they gave a robo return, saying exactly the same, and again, I have not received a refund. Any help would be appreciated

The ticket route is the way to go. Give them a little time to follow up on your newest ticket.

i planning a membership also so is the refund if something not really working like some of the member features?

There was a holiday in the US during the work-week after you sent in your refund request, so they probably got slowed down and possibly a little backed up because of that.
