Notification not working

I am getting the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.0. One day I just stopped getting notifications. Notifications are enabled, the app has permissions, etc, etc. Just...no more notifications.

Same issue: notifications on my iPhone 8 died a week or two ago. Nothing I can do seems to fix it. Hope it is repaired soon!
Adding myself to the list, jaja... no notifications in my Samsung Galaxy J4, Android version 8.1.0, since I bought this phone 1 week ago. Only I got notifications if I turn off and then turn on my phone.

Same problem here. I'm on galaxy note 9 and the latest update from play store. It no longer sends me notifications for when its time to move in a game or anything.

I have the same issue. I remember in the past notifications were working. Also, I noticed the site is not implemented correctly. It makes infinite request to read notifications, not by being actually reactive (technically through web sockets).

I have Samsung S8 and used the app everyday for daily games for about a year. Then some time in summer 18 the notifications stopped. So I would lose my daily games on time. I have reinstalled the app, checked, double checked and triple checked my notification settings. Every few months or so I try again, but the notifications simply do not work. Really would love a fix for this as I loved doing daily games, but their is no point when I'm not notified.

I am also haring the same problem - iPhone 6. Suddenly stopped getting notifications about a month back. Cant Find a solution.

I had the problem with notifications for moves not happening on my Android mobile app, and I confirm I have solved it.
I went to the web browser login, settings\notifications page and checking the box marked "It's my move in a daily chess game" in the Mobile column as per below screenshot. That seems unintuitive as there are setting in the mobile app which should take priority and not require this web-based option to also be set.
still having problems with notifs for daily games, i am using a samsung a21s.
going to notifs in the app just redirects me to the settings app, but ive got all notifs turned on in there.

This solution worked for me! Very surprising that I had to save settings in a web browser even though I had notifications enabled on my app.
We are working on getting them back up and running as we speak! Sorry for the interruption.
