If you're referring to games in Live Chess, yes. Of course. Go to the Games tab and click View on any game you'd like to watch. Your blank game window will switch to observation of the game you selected.
If this one bores you or it finishes, just repeat the process and observe another. If you have chess.com Friends, click the Friends tab. If any of your friends are playing you can observe those games as well.
