ps. But seriously, if it's a concern that's worthy of staff attention, the surest route is via submitting a 'support ticket'.

This IS in help & support.
... from the membership.
but the staff do read this section though but they don't really need to reply here also the best thing to do is get the 'ticket'
Okay, I'll bite.
Exactly of what are you "often not notified"? A game is starting? Your account is due? Supper time?
What would you like the staff to answer. I'm not a staff member, but if I were and a question weren't posed, well I would be very unlikely to answer.
Bottom line, be a little more specific. No, make that A LOT more.

I stated that when my opponent resigns or when I win on time I'm often not notified. I used to be notified of this, just like I'm now notified when it's my move.
Oh, sorry, didn't realise this was the second page! My apologies for being flippant, I'll try to be more 'alert' next time! I can't recall ever being notified I won a game. I just get the usual alert I get when my opponent moves. When I click on 'view' I can see the game is over, although I am not surprised as I have already noted I have one less active game, which isn't hard since I try to keep it at six games or less.
I just wish somebody from the staff would answer.
