Okay, thank you. I will try to be less boisterous when insulted again and will report behind the scenes so that I hopefully do not have to have this message appear again.
I'm very confused by this message. First of all, I've only sent a message to one opponent in game in the last day which was telling him to "move" because he was spending nearly a minute to make a move in the opening. The only other time I use chat in a game is to remind opponents when they are stalling to play or resign. The only player I sent a DM to after a game was someone who insulted me. If they are talking about my forum post the other day, there was no violation of chess.com rules. Unless you are honestly stating that I am not allowed to be upset when someone insults me and make a public comment that this happened. Or that I am not allowed to block people. Isn't context important? I think if context is assessed, you should be sending this message to multiple of my opponents, not me. I have followed the chess.com rules to the point since my last muting. I would not appreciate to be banned or muted again for simply being upset and venting publicly in the forum about an episode of being insulted. This is ridiculous. I will do what I always do and comply with the rules...there's nothing I can do if someone else files a false report I guess. But it certainly was not "several opponents". It might have been one, but no more. And that one insulted me in midgame. Next time, I'll just report when that happens I guess rather than respond.
