ONLINE CHESS PROBLEMS

To:- Staff of Chess.com,

Just encountered login problem at Online Chess. The Chess Board is blank (empty). But there was no problem at Live chess. The chess pieces were on the board. Couls anyone please help??. Or are there any members having the same problem ??

Afriend of mine says it could be that you need to refresh Java... Did that work?  Any admins around out there to give my friend fhwee a hand?  He's had this problem for a few days and I know I can't help

@OP: If you want to specifically notify only the staff of an issue, then you should fill out a support ticket:

http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit

The staff aren't always able to regularly check the forums. However, if you submit a support ticket, it will be sent directly to them, and they should help you within 24 hours.

I submitted my Online problem to "support & help" section of Chess. com., on 20th November. Till to-date, there has not been any response from the staff. I have checked the plugins for Java and Flash player, and was informed that it has been up-dated and functioning.

Now I could access and play chess at Online, but I must press Ctrl and F5 together at once,  to get to play, otherwise I would see only blank chess board.

I am wondering whether I had made a wrong decision to be  a paid Platinum member.

Guys, please accept my sincere appreciation for helping a  67 years old chinaman across the seas.

@OP: Sorry to hear about your continuing difficulties. I would send the staff another Support Ticket, including an explanation of how long you've been patiently waiting. I would guess that they became backlogged with tickets, and yours was lost in the shuffle. Best of luck!

Thank you. I do not think that most members are aware of this site:http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit.If you have not kept me informed, I would not know  about it. Normally and usually, members would write in to Forum on all matters  relating to chess.
