You either played two unrated and one rated game, or you played two people who's rating was much less than yours. Wht is your rating now, and what was the rating of the 3 you played?
Also was it live or online chess?

I've been a member for a year and I didn't have any problems till now.
It was online chess. My rating is around 1280, but should be above 1300.
My oponents had almost the same rating as I and the games were not unrated.
One oponent had a rating of 1800..
okay what were all the the ratings and which ones did you win and lose against?
1800- win/lose
???- win/lose
???- win/lose
1800 - win
1300 - lose
1290 - lose
1280 - win
1302 - win
As I said, my rating didn't change when I won, but it decreased when I lost. Problem appeared after I won the 1800 game.

Your rating has changed after every single one of your most recent 10 games.
